Oleh karena itu, cenderung logis jika untuk meraih banyak prestasi dan kesuksesan hidup, seorang anak perlu dibekali kecerdasan emosi yang maksimal sejak dini.
Kecerdasan Emosi bisa di Pelajari
Jika kecerdasan intelektual atau yang biasa disebut IQ banyak yang berpendapat merupakan ‘turunan genetik ‘dari orangtua kepada anaknya, maka kecerdasan emosional atau SQ adalah proses pembelajaran yang berlangsung seumur hidup.
Ada tabiat-tabiat khusus yang didapat seorang anak sejak ia dilahirkan. Namun pola asuh dan pengaruh lingkungan juga sedikit banyaknya membentuk karakter dan emosi seorang anak yang akan berpengaruh besar pada perilakunya sehari-hari. Hal ini seperti yang tergambar dari puisi Dorothy Law Nolte.
